• Becoming part of our international network of recruiting talents;
• Working with innovative technologies to help identify, attract and acquire the best talent;
• Define together with the Hiring Manager the search for profiles;
• Managing the recruiting process from the management of research channels and related CV screening, up to the insertion in the company;
• Understanding the behavior and needs of candidates.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social studies or related fields nice to have;
• 1-2 years of experience in Research and Selection of the candidates preferred;
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package;
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language both written and spoken;
• Aptitude for problem solving and critical thinking;
• You are a team player and you feel stimulated by the interaction with others.
