Every day is a process of growth, being responsible of: 

• Receiving contact requests and creating draft contracts using templates based on client’s quality and compliance requirements; 
• Handling approvals and validations to create the contract; 
• Working with the local sales team to ensure deals are set up correctly in the system; 
• Facilitating the steps for client signature;  
• Inserting additional information to complete setting up agreements; 
• Participating in process improvement initiatives and special projects; 
• Updating and maintaining various systems and tools; 
• Proactively managing the seller portfolio and creating contracts supporting the predictive nature of business.

Qualifications

• You have advanced Hebrew, Swedish, Serbian, Croatian, German, Spanish, Dutch, Hungarian, Italian, Russian, Portuguese, Polish, Greek or Turkish & English language skills; 
• You have experience in a similar work environment;  
• You have a bachelor’s degree; 
• You are positive, energetic and have a passion for learning new things; 
• You prioritize tasks easily;  
• You have a strong attention to details; 
• You can easily use Microsoft Office Package; 
• You have strong communication skills; 
• You can solve urgent matters; 
• You have proven ability to meet deadlines;
