Every day is a process of growth, being responsible of:

 

  • Assign team resources to work, communicating allocated budget, schedule and macro approach;
  • Empowered to make decisions for your team and ultimately accountable to ensure your team creates their deliverables on budget on schedule with the appropriate quality;
  • Manage resources to achieve these assignments – deliverables, budget, schedule and quality SLA;
  • Identify and manage issues and risks and act as an escalation point within the team;
  • Schedule, assign and track deliverable sign offs for deliverables owned by the team – approvers/reviewers, peer reviews, audits etc;
  • Identify continuous improvement and productivity improvement opportunities;
  • Serve as process expert / coach for the team’s owned standard deliverables – optimize for the supported capability group type etc;
  • Facilitate sharing of best practices – Identify and drive productivity improvements;
  • Support recruiting and interviewing potential new team members;
  • Cross train for better multi client support;
  • Develop and mentor people, act as a career counselor and create a high performing organization (foster relationships, resolve conflicts, etc.);
  • Develop and deliver performance feedback – collect input from others;

 

Qualifications

 

  • 2-5 years experience of team coordinator;
  • Fluent in Spanish and English;
  • Cost and Communication Management;

  • Problem Solving and Escalation Management;
  • Service Performance Management and Metrics;
  • Estimation and Planning;
  • Client Relationship Management;
