Compliance Manager

What you will be doing

As a Compliance Manager, you will be working in the Compliance team ensuring that WH International (WHI) is compliant with regulations across the jurisdictions in which WHI holds gambling licenses. In this role, you will be supporting WHI activities across all markets, managing the day-to-day regulatory and compliance requirements as well as supporting activities in other markets in which WHI operates or future expansion into additional regulated markets

Specific responsibilities

• Advising on an on-going basis the impact of regulations and required actions
• Assisting in capturing cross-jurisdictional regulatory requirements relating to key aspects of the business.
• Project-leading, as required, and managing regulatory audits/compliance reviews;
• Supporting WHI business operations by providing informed advice and support relating to our markets.
• Reviewing relevant policies and procedures to make sure we remain compliant with relevant regulations.
• Keeping up to date with remote gaming regulations in order to providing support to the Compliance team.
• Assisting and performing regulatory market analysis and provide support in new market projects
• Proactively monitor and review regulatory development across key areas.
• Represent WHI in contacts with regulators.
• Act as a stand-in for one of your Compliance team members with respect to and additional jurisdiction, providing relevant support during vacations and periods of absence. 

What we would like to see from you

• At least 2 years of online gaming experience from a multi-jurisdictional operator required
• An excellent level English & Swedish, Spanish or Danish language
• Process-oriented, analytical thinking, focused mindset
• Quick learner and ability to take on board added responsibility
• Ability to work with limited supervision, making decisions independently
