Every day is a process of growth, being responsible of:

 

  • Managing end to end recruitment process from intake discussion with the hiring manager, job posting, sourcing, and screening candidates, submitting the most qualified candidates to hiring manager, scheduling interviews, creating offer letters, and supporting new joiner onboarding;
  • Searching both active and passive candidates, building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline through various channels career websites, specialized job boards, referrals, alumni communities, social media, competitor and direct sourcing;
  • Providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process;
  • Keeping the candidates databases up to date at any time of the recruitment process;
  • Preparing status reports, measure recruitment process progress and attend the client review meetings;
  • Understanding and applying the work instructions that are regulating the recruitment process;
  • Using the recruitment systems appropriately and with a focus on data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance to data protection legislation;
  • Monitoring service level agreements, client dependencies, key operational metrics, escalating or resolving issues where appropriate
  • Being up to date with recruitment best practices, efficient sourcing channels and techniques, and emerging technologies;
  • Identifying improvement opportunities, initiating change and delivering value to our clients.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 1 year previous experience in HR Recruitment, preferably in BPO environment;
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing or Head Hunting in large companies or agencies;
  • Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with hiring managers;
  • Self-starter, quick learner mentality, and team player spirit;
  • Sensitive to intercultural differences, corporate politics, and confidential data;
  • University degree in psychology, business administrations or comparable;
  • Fluency in English and Spanish or French; 
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills esp. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
