Job Description

What is the job about?

Front office tasks

  • Resolve employee requests from all parts of the Grundfos world via phone and ticket system
  • Act as a knowledge expert on both local and global HR processes and policies
  • Update knowledge databases and FAQ forms
     

Back office tasks

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for France and other European or American companies
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes with high accuracy and integrity
  • Participate in time data consolidation and data preparation and consolidation for payroll run
  • Prepare work instructions with a high focus on accuracy
  • Work in depth with administrative tasks related to the Grundfos share program, mobility, learning and handling of data related to the Grundfos incentive program:

Shares administration

  • Resolving requests from shareholders
  • Weekly share sales coordination
  • Communication with Finance and local share coordinators

Mobility administration

  • Work permit administration, ie apply for work permits for foreign employees going to another country and extension of work permits

Learning administration

  • Set up courses in our learning platform (SuccessFactors)
  • Handle day-to-day learning admin (enrolments, cancellations, etc.)
  • Communication with participants and course owners
     

Incentive program administration

  • Upload incentive goals and results into forms
  • Run data quality reports and proactively follow up on deviations or poor data quality
  • Work closely with key stakeholders at different organizational levels (eg managers and HR Business Partners)

What do you need to apply?

  • Business related degree or equivalent work experience
  • Fluent English and Spanish is a must (written & oral)
  • Analytical, structured and logical mind set
  • Preferably 4-5 years of experience working with HR disciplines at an operational level
  • Preferably experience from a shared services context
  • Experience working with either shares admin, mobility admin, learning admin or data quality / management is an advantage
  • Experience working with well-defined processes within administration and business support
  • Experience and flair for working with HR systems (ServiceNow, SAP, Success Factor, etc.) and Excel skills are an advantage
