As a Sample Order Management Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring a timely and efficient fulfillment of worldwide sample orders of Infineon's products. You will collaborate with international teams and departments, such as Sales, Product Marketing and Development, in order to grant a prompt and appropriate support to the customer.

In your new role you will:

• Process and confirm sample orders using SAP within a defined time frame;
• Ensure that sufficient goods are available in the Sample Warehouses by ordering goods directly from the production (using SAP);
• Be the responsible person for the global sample stock , including autonomous replenishment and scrap of samples;
• Create and maintain master data records in the relevant software tools.

Your Profile

You have a systematic approach and a strong customer orientation. Your multitasking and agile capability helps you to handle different tasks at the same time with high quality standards. Furthermore, you are able to communicate and collaborate efficiently with your team and different counterparts.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Fluency in English h language and good command of German ;
• Previous experience in supply chain management, planning or order handling;
• University Degree in Logistics or Economics ;
• Project management experience (as an advantage).
