As an Automotive Warranty Specialist with the MSX Global group, you will have the opportunity to build brand loyalty and increase customer retention for our customer, a Global Automotive Manufacturer with dealers throughout central and Eastern Europe.

The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and will be fluent in French / Spanish / Portuguese / Italian / German / Dutch / Polish and English. It's likely that you will have experience working in automotive aftersales, although full technical training will be provided to candidates with a clear solutions mindset.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day warranty claims according to KPIs
• Verify warranty policies and procedures application
• Check the integrity and correctness of claims
• Self-assessment on managed cases
• Cooperate with senior team members about cases in analysis
• Communicate with Dealers and Customers (mainly in writing)

Your Profile:

• You are interested in the automotive industry and / or automotive technology
• You have an engineering degree (higher education or university)
• Experience working in automotive after sales processes, workshop activities or Technical Automotive activities.
• You are fluent in English and one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, Dutch or Polish.
• You have strong communication, organizational and time-management skills
• You have excellent attention to detail and pride yourself on being punctual / reliable

Working Pattern:

• 40 hours per week with a schedule from 8.30 to 17.00 pm
