If you have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German (native level) and English (minimum C1 level), along with an empathetic, motivated, dynamic and service-oriented personality, with a natural ability to help, advise and solve problems.
We are looking for new agents for customer service in German and English in Barcelona, with a technological profile, capable of offering an exceptional customer experience (support, incoming calls and back office) during all transactions by phone, chat and email, and to promote appropriate products and services as directed by Sitel customers and according to the individual needs of each customer.
Required skills:
-German speaking level
-Fluency in written and spoken English (C1)
-Technical and problem solving skills
-Great communication skills -Comfortable with multi-tasking and multi-screen environment
-Passionate about delivering a positive experience the client and exceed expectations using positive language
-Proactive, motivated, able to work on their own initiative
-Ability to organize, coordinate and execute working as a team
We also value:
-Basic network knowledge (routers, router configuration)
-Basic knowledge of operating systems (apps, store, APK, etc.)
We offer:

-Salary: 20,000 gross euros / year
