About Us:

We are currently hiring several Russian speaking customer service social media agents - with very good English skills (m/f/d).

For this role we can only hire EU citizens or candidates who have a valid work permit to work fulltime hours in Germany,

Benefits:

• €2,200 gross monthly salary / €26,400 gross annual salary.
• Relocation bonus of up to €1500 from outside Germany and €700 from within Germany, depending on current location (minimum 100 km to Berlin) *
• Attendance bonus €40
• 6 weeks paid training (part time after training is possible) and ongoing coaching - all online.

Responsibility:

• Answer customer inquiries from advertisers and agencies (small and medium-sized businesses) in Russian
• Thanks to your professional customer advice and solution suggestions, the advertising effectiveness of your customers improves.
• Implementation of social media marketing measures via chat, email, telephone and social media messenger.
• You contribute to excellent customer service from the start and continuously develop ideas to improve customer satisfaction and the customer advertising experience.

Experience:

• Online advertising experience is desirable
• Experience in a service-related environment is desirable
• Excellent communication skills and knowledge of Russian (written and spoken minimum C1) and very good knowledge of English (minimum B2)
• Affinity for social media and active social media users
• Ability to multitask and high stress resistance
