Job Description

In this position you are the contact person for internal and external customers of Hu-Friedy in matters of product advice, customer care and processing of customer inquiries via email and telephone. You are involved in promoting the company's products and services. You process complaints and track the status of customer orders.

Your tasks:

Telephone support, advice and support for our internal and external customers, the sales team and the field staff

· Positive positioning and sales promotion of Hu Friedy products

· Timely processing and tracking of all incoming customer inquiries and orders in SAP, processing and resolving complaints

· Tracking of deliveries of goods, issuing credit notes

· Active participation in and support of projects as well as continuous process improvement

· Data maintenance and documentation of all procedures and processes

· Creation of monthly statistics

· Participation in the fulfillment of company goals and customer needs in cooperation with other specialist departments

Your profile:

· University degree or equivalent experience

· At least 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally in customer service, call centers or in order processing

· Very good written and spoken German and English with correct grammar, spelling and sentence structure

· Additional language skills: French required; Dutch is an advantage

· Very good knowledge of MS Office; SAP R / 3 or similar ERP knowledge is very desirable

· Good organizational, administrative and task management skills

· Good analytical and strong problem-solving skills

· Flexibility and the ability to work in a team

· Willingness to occasionally take part in sales meetings and / or dental congresses on weekends or evenings

· Focus on detail and attention to quality
