Our Organic Marketing Team is looking for a new Team Leader. Be part of an ambitious, international and performance-driven team, that helps us generate a multi-million turnover on our e-commerce platform and attract several million users. You will take ownership of the leadership, development and hiring for an international team. Your goal will be to ensure that content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase our company’s profitability.

Your new role

• Develop and take ownership of a successful SEO strategy for our C2B portals
• Prepare quality top-level performance reports and use your insights to identify growth opportunities based on customer needs, business goals and market developments
• Develop sophisticated ideas to enlarge and develop the platform based on keyword, competitor, and market research, which you challenge according to business goals, and monitor the results after implementation
• Collaborate closely with other teams to optimize our landing pages and website content
• Build close relationships with the content, marketing tech, customer journey and product team
• Contribute to achieving our business goals together with your team by growing organic traffic share and developing successful on-page SEO & Content strategies
   

Your Skills

• Communicative and creative team player with strong leadership skills, hands-on mentality and data driven mindset
• Excellent understanding of actual SEO ranking factors & techniques and experience with analysis tools
• Project management skills including user knowledge of project management tools
• Advanced analytical capabilities to point out strategic recommendations backed by data
• Fluency in English, another European language such as German, French, Swedish, Dutch or Spanish is a plus
