Roles and Responsibilities

SYKES welcomes progress, so we now offer a completely virtual application process. All you will need to take part is a PC or laptop, a headset, and an internet connection.

For our site in Berlin we are currently looking for DUTCH speaking customer support representatives (m/f/d) who offer inbound customer service.

Tasks

  • You will answer customer requests by phone and offer support via chat
  • You will help customers with settling their accounts, payment in instalments, returns, and other payment related requests
  • Requirements
  • You are an excellent DUTCH speaker with very good English conversational skills
  • You are familiar with the use of a computer
  • You are willing to work 5 times a week or more with flexible hours as the job demands
  • You are living in Berlin and have a valid work permit at the time of hire
