You advise our French speaking customers via phone and email and increase customer satisfaction by solving requests promptly and competently..

Roles and Responsibilities

• Fluency in Finnish and English
• Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
• PC literacy
• Previous customer service experience preferable
• Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on own initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines
• You enjoy learning and adopt knowledge easily
• You are empathetic and socially competent

REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR WORKPLACE:

• A broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable connection) 
• An Internet connection with the speed of 16 Mbits / s downstream and 1 Mbit / s upstream
• Your computer needs to be directly connected to a router. It needs to support NAT (Network Address Translation), provide a firewall component and must be connected to the home network by IPv4
• A separate, quiet and background noise-free room
• Comfortable and ergonomic furniture
