Roles and Responsibilities

• You have a good command of the Russian language, both spoken and written, and have advanced knowledge of English and German
• You will have no difficulty using a PC
• You are familiar with the topic of networks and are enthusiastic about technology and music
• You like to make phone calls and manage to convey your smile through the handset
• They have the talent to show understanding and to pick up customers, even if it is difficult at times 

Tasks

• They provide great service to our Russian speaking customers
• They take calls from our customers and advise them on technical issues
• You work with various music services and all operating systems
• You access our customer database and update it
• They advise customers on their pre-sales questions and recommend suitable new products
