Responsibilities

Our unit Digital Business Solutions EMEA is responsible for the development and operations of digital applications for our automotive OEM customers and internal marketing and sales. We drive the process from the idea, the prototype to the productive application. To do this we use agile frameworks like Scrum or OKR.

• You will oversee the product backlog and roadmap for various digital products and engage with customers to implement our products as well as collect feedback to quickly improve.
• Furthermore, you will manage requirement discovery, solution design, user story writing and oversee feature development as well as user acceptance testing.
• It will be in your responsibility to collaborate with our DevOps teams to enable them to deliver all product requirements per expectation and on time.
• You will align with respective stakeholders on common objectives, requirements and potential issues.
• Last but not least, you will monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related fields
• profound experience in working with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
• professional working experience in digital product management or similar
• good communication and negotiaton skills in German as well as English
• passionate about building great products and solving customer needs as well as business problems with advanced analytical abilities
