At HR Services EMEA in our Service Hub Berlin we stand for comprehensive HR service delivery throughout the region Europe, Middle East & Africa. We rely on more than ten years of high-quality service delivery within the field of recruiting, learning, master data & organizational management, reporting, payroll, and employee consulting. As BASF's internal service provider, we are amidst a transformation project, taking further services on board for more than 30 countries and investing in digital game-changers.

Responsibilities

  • We drive change- you design, implement, and continuously improve solutions in the context of our Talent Acquisition service to foster efficiency, quality, and service experience.
  • We stand for innovation- you identify trends to drive digitalization and automation in the Talent Acquisition environment. You not only design concepts, but you also bring them to life together with our relevant stakeholders.
  • We go for sustainability- you expand knowledge within our unit, develop concepts to anchor this knowledge and bring it to life.
  • We collaborate as one team- You drive as the chapter lead of our department our Talent Acquisition community and you link up with our Talent Acquisition Experts across the other service units in the hub.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in a business-related field and 3-5 years of experience in HR, ideally in the context of Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven leadership and project management experience.
  • Experience with application tracking systems completes your profile.
  • The ability to work independently, the drive to tackle new topics and develop them proactively.
  • Conceptual strength and a keen sense of what is feasible, in order to turn ideas into project success.
  • Convincing communication skills in English and talented in managing and balancing stakeholder interests. German or another language from the EMEA region is a plus.
  • Strong service mindset and passion for what you do.
