Responsibilities
Within our unit Talent Acquisition & Communication Services we recruit qualified professionals and executives for the European BASF Group together with our partners. Furthermore, we deliver services in HR marketing and Communications.
- You obtain the global process responsibility for onboarding, including consulting & support of legal entities globally, while offering professional guidance for the onboarding process and IT tools.
- You are responsible for the roll-out, the conception, implementation and monitoring of guidelines, processes and materials for global, digital onboarding.
- The further development of the digital onboarding platform Enboarder as well as the identification and implementation of opportunities to improve HR and IT processes around onboarding are important tasks of your new job.
- You develop and evaluate the New Hire Satisfaction Survey and derive measures.
- You establish and drive a global onboarding community, evaluate BASF Group's requirements, the service offering and customized service packages.
- Furthermore, you are in charge of trend scouting and market observation for onboarding as well as the conception and revision of internal HR marketing materials with a focus on onboarding in cooperation with employer branding.
QUALIFICATIONS
- degree in HR, Communication or Informatics
- several years of relevant professional experience
- profound knowledge of IT systems, ideally Enboarder, ServiceNow, SAP HR
- fluent German and English language skills
- deep knowledge of onboarding processes and ideally employer branding
