Responsibilities

To further strengthen our Talent Management Service Team we are looking for a new colleague. As a (Senior) Specialist you are responsible for developing and implementing Talent Management strategies and roadmaps for our community.

  • This includes providing expertise and concepts to enable leaders for an effective and efficient talent development.
  • As part of the Talent Management Services Team, you are responsible for the implementation and ongoing steering of a two-year trainee programme.
  • With your work you support and facilitate the demand-driven development of new communities by leveraging Talent Management best-practices.
  • You maintain regular contact with leaders and key talents in the communities to orchestrate an effective and transparent talent management process.
  • You advise and consult on Talent Management Services for communities and further develop our service portfolio.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar relevant fields
  • professional experience in an HR role and ideally experience in Project Management
  • in-depth knowledge and passion for Talent Management topics
  • strong communication skills
  • committed team player
  • service mindset, structured and self-driven personality
  • fluency in Englisch, German skills are a plus
