About The Team
Workday currently has a position open for a Customer Base Corporate Sales Development Representative to join an expanding team. We are looking for a driven individual to be able to proactively build relationships with existing customers of Workday, dealing closely with our account executive team based across EMEA to develop sales activity. You will need to be a fast learner, have excellent communication skills and be results oriented. This role will give you excellent exposure working with other departments within Workday such as Sales, Alliances, Marketing, Operations and other departments when required.
What You'll Do:
You will use your experience and consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with our customers and executive sponsors. You will employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Workday products as a viable alternative to existing solutions and you will help develop customers into key references for Workday.
Responsibilities:
- Working with all customers across the region to enhance their Workday investment.
- Raising awareness around functionality which customers have yet to purchase and targeting key stakeholders in the business to form new relationships.
- Generating add-on subscription opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting.
- Establish, build and nurture relationships with senior executives through developing an understanding of their business, the challenges they face, future projects and plans in order to address their needs with Workday.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly quota of add-on subscription opportunities.
- Be a trusted member of the regional sales team, collaborate with country managers and work cross-functionally with marketing, CSM’s, presales and value management teams to define joint strategy for developing the customer base.
Skills you'll need:
- Native/Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish and English.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Highly motivated, tenacious and detail oriented.

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales development, customer service or consultancy background, preferably in the technology industry.
- Passion to innovate and an ability to convey a vision of the intrinsic potential of technology.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus.
