To strengthen our TA team in Berlin-Marzahn, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on Customer Support as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment with a focus on contact center and customer experience management in a rapidly growing international environment.
• Supporting candidates through the application process
• Conducting qualified selection interviews
• Analyze and further develop innovative recruitment strategies and participate in the development of employer branding measures
• Participating in recruitment projects and further developing processes

Requirements

• Practical experience in recruitment, ideally within a company as well as in an international and high-growth environment.
• Completed degree or commercial training
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, focus on candidate experience and satisfaction of the hiring manager
• Communication skills, ability to argue, initiative
• Languages: English and German (С1), Russian (В1)
• Bachelor degree: Business Administration/Management (Required)
