Broadcast Product Specialist

Job Description

As a product specialist at Getty Images, with the Broadcast and Production Sales team, you will be the liaison our prestigious archive footage content partners, Getty Images customers and sales group. You will join and experienced team of archive footage guides in supporting customers with clearances, delivery of content and licensing, with a customer service approach to ultimately drive revenue and grow our business. You are meticulous and have an attention to detail with the ability to handle and keep track of dozens of customer enquiries, as well as small and long-term projects.

Your Responsibilities:

• Become a guide in the clearance and delivery processes of our content partners to educate and support Getty Images customers and sales representatives with archive footage licensing.
• Implement sales discovery and identify relevant opportunities for our sales representatives to support the growth of our archive footage content sales and team revenue targets.
• Partner with Senior Manager to prioritize a workload of multiple projects with a variety of team members from concept to completion
• Provide outstanding customer service and build customer relationships with the goals of being the best team to work with in the market.
• Supports on invoicing and administrative tasks that are specific to the group

Required skills

• Fluency in written and spoken English & more than one of the following: French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, German
• Minimum of 2 years customer service, sales admin, sales or archive footage experience.
• Preferred background in broadcast and production sales, archive footage research or archive licensing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver within customer service level agreements.
• Strong social skills, both written and verbal.
• High accountability and attention to detail to consistently achieve results.
• Confidence in working in a changing environment both externally and internally, for an international company.
