A German Customer Service Advisor (m/f/d), who will be supporting and guiding our customers with their general account queries via Live Chat and email communications.

You will be resolving betting, payment, verification, sports and general enquires as part of your daily role. We will support you with the training you need to complete your position effectively and efficiently.

A private home working environment is required as well as a stable internet connection; however, we will provide you with the additional necessary equipment to complete your role.

• Maintaining awareness of policies, procedures and licensing requirements.
