We are looking for passionate & caring people with a desire to provide an excellent supporter experience to join us working on behalf of a leading humanitarian organization saving lives and changing lives, helping more than 90 million people in over 120 countries and territories with food and other assistance.

As a Fundraising officer, you will be passionate about building relationships & establishing trust with supporters with a view to securing ongoing donations. You will be able to work professionally & efficiently dealing with donors to maintain & drive great results. You will communicate with supporters through a variety of platforms, primarily through outbound calling but also via email, chat & social media.

To succeed in the role, you will need excellent communication skills, both oral and written and be able to deal with a wide variety of people as you will be speaking to supporters from around the globe in a multi-lingual capacity (both English and Arabic/ French/ German/ Spanish). You will be passionate about this organisation and excel in demonstrating this through the conversations you have with supporters.

What you’ll need…

• Fluency in Arabic, English, French, German, Spanish 
• A minimum of 6-12 months’ experience within a Customer focused role
• Driven by helping others within a fundraising role & passionate about working on behalf of the world’s largest Humanitarian Agency and their aims
• A passion to deliver exceptional results
• An adaptable approach when dealing with supporters - tailoring your style to each supporter via various platforms
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written and be able to influence others.
• An ability to listen effectively required giving and receiving information and whilst working with a variety of individuals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with every supporter
• The ability to communicate with supporters through a blend of channels such as social media, chat & voice
• Strong attention to detail
• PC literate with the ability to use multiple systems and the Ability to communicate with customers through a blend of channels such as social media, chat & voice
