This position
We are looking for an individual with the desire to join our dynamic, collaborative team and drive high-impact. You will deliver engaging and impactful training to help our customers, partners, and internal stakeholders derive maximum value from DocuSign’s products.
This role has the unique opportunity to partner across the organization to develop and deliver trainings, both live and on-demand, that promote a greater understanding of DocuSign’s products, offering industry perspectives, in-depth product knowledge and best practices.
This position is part of the DocuSign University team and will report to the DSU Director.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Technical Training on our entire Agreement Cloud (including eSignature, CLM & Insights), for internal and external audiences across diverse formats, including in-person and virtual instructor-led, as well as on-demand
- Maintain engaging and high-impact technical training content using various tools (PowerPoint, product demo environments, etc.)
- Understand and apply techniques and best practices for effective training development and delivery based on learning objectives, audience, delivery modality, etc.
- Provide feedback on effectiveness and technical accuracy of training content and delivery.
- Stay current on DocuSign product releases and work with various teams to update training curriculum as necessary
- Partner with instructional design and video production team for content creation and subject matter expertise
- Remain current on industry trends related to DocuSign’s products and education/enablement/ Technical space
- Serve as DocuSign ambassador in customer and partner-facing environments
- Effectively manage projects and prioritization, and communicate accordingly
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Fluent in English and German
- Proven track record of success in training people on the use of technology products, preferably software/SaaS solutions or related experience
- Ability to collaborate successfully with a global team of learning and professional service people across DocuSign, with a primary focus on the success of the EMEA region
- Experience in delivery of technical instructor-led and on-demand training; preference for extensive virtual delivery experience
- Experience working with, and/or training on, technical integrations and/or development projects
- An excellent problem solver with strong critical thinking skills
- An ability to thrive in a complex and rapidly changing environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator experience
- Global experience and perspective a plus
- Excellent people skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to understand and discuss contracts, and other unstructured data, in a business and technical manner. This is not legal advice on those contracts, but simply business and technical expertise in the setup, configuration, and usage of DocuSign Software
- Ability to think creatively to develop learning solutions that enable a learner to succeed in learning DocuSign Software as quickly and easily as possible

- Willingness and ability to travel as necessary, up to 35%.
