Job Description

Your responsibilities

  • processing end-to-end transport and distribution orders in the tools offered;
  • action and alignment - maintain communication and solving operational issues on a daily basis with customer service and logistics providers;
  • taking action in order to respond on operation needs – act as a first point of contact;
  • accountability for delivering overall performance by monitoring key performance indicators;
  • supporting and taking part in improvement, optimization and standardization projects within Carlsberg group and team;
  • accountability for preparing and verifying data for assigned group of orders for KPI reporting purposes;
  • sharing best practice and operational knowledge within team.

Our requirements

  • has worked in customer service area with a preference for candidates with experience in the logistics or transportation area. Educational background in logistics is an advantage;
  • has University degree (min. Bachelor’s degree);
  • has fluent command of English and good communication level in German;
  • keep the overview and carry out multiple tasks simultaneously, but also able to prioritize when working with tight deadlines;
  • is a motivated committed professional with a positive attitude, a good sense of humour with a flexible approach when it comes to working hours;
  • has worked in, and enjoys working in a diverse, and international environment;
  • navigates easily in Office365 environment and has hands-on knowledge of MS Excel;
  • is a team players who proactively collaborates and strives for solutions which are win-win-win for the company, for the colleagues and for themselves;
  • is analytically strong, really cares about the success of the business and their people and is ready to go ‘the extra mile’ to deliver and track the results;
  • quickly moves ideas to action, completes plans and projects with quality and speed and, in the process, drives the company’s agenda.

Optional

  • you have experience in working on logistics process standardization and with Transport Management Systems.
