Demand Generation Specialist
The SurveyMonkey EMEA team is looking for an ambitious, creative and forward-thinking Demand Generation Specialist to help drive our brand awareness and lead generation efforts in the French and German markets.
The Scope Of The Role
- Working with our EMEA sales team, you’ll identify, develop, and manage targeted regional demand generation programs - from webinars and live events to email campaigns - in order to drive revenue growth.
- You’ll be hands on, contribute to and manage all aspects of both the local and regional EMEA marketing plan including market research and sizing, copywriting, messaging and content creation, sales enablement, budgeting, campaign execution and reporting.
- Providing our core EMEA sales team in Dublin with your specialist local knowledge, your input will contribute to the alignment of our EMEA sales and marketing strategy.
- We need someone with strong sales knowledge who can forecast, measure, and track the impact of demand generation programs on sales cycles, while demonstrating the impact of marketing spend on leads and pipeline per region.
- You’ll build and maintain ongoing communication with the EMEA Sales teams all the while continuing to align with the global marketing team to ensure an effortless translation of the SurveyMonkey go-to-market strategy in EMEA.
- We need you to take charge of a regional Marketing calendar and the communication execution and enablement that comes with it, generating and nurturing corporate, customer, and partner programs as appropriate.
- As well as facilitating our inbound process, you’ll work closely with our team of BDRs to deliver highly targeted outbound campaigns with cohesive go-to-market messaging and enablement.
Your Skills
- 3-5 years experience with the creation and execution of effective demand generation marketing campaigns that align to sales objectives
- Familiarity with both sales and marketing reporting, analytics, and KPIs
- You have experience in working with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (specifically Hubspot and Salesforce)
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- You’re self-motivated, results-oriented, and a natural team player
- You love rolling up your sleeves to create and run your own programs & events
- You are capable of building strong relationships with sales teams
- The ability to manage large detailed projects to tight timelines and respond positively under time pressures and uncertainty
- You’re a fluent German and/or French speaker
- You are fun and up for the craic!!!
