Responsibilities

• Discounted cumulative gain (DCG) Assessment: Completion of weekly and bimonthly assessment of search quality in accordance with evaluation standard documents
• Judging user search needs through query and tools, and sorting out the classification of requirements
• Inspect search types and rate the quality of the results
• Give ideal search results and feedback suggestions for policy improvement
• Output evaluation report and data analysis
• Search strategy optimization and product function planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Excellent language skills, (Fluent German & English) overseas working/ training is a plus
• Learn about search engines, familiar with social media platforms
• An in-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of local users
• Strong ability to learn and understand
• Familiar with common office software, Machine learning project experience is preferred
