Job Description

Your responsibilities will be

  • To monitor the Sales, Error correction, Interline, and Online customer activities to ensure they are completed with quality in an efficient and timely continent
  • Conduct quality checks on the processes in scope and ensure appropriate corrective action is taken
  • Liaise with the Customer to resolve discrepancies highlighted by the BPO vendor or vise-versa, to ensure continuity, clarity, and completeness
  • Perform completeness and integrity checks in SIRAX, an SAP-based revenue accounting system used worldwide by airlines, and liaise with concerned team
  • Raise / monitor JIRA for registering SIRAX issues
  • Be the central point of contact for the customer, vendor, and partner

You are looking for us, if You have

  • 4+ years experience in the area of ​​customer service
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, assertiveness
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking as well as technical understanding
  • High level of competence in user-oriented problem analysis and solution as well as in requirements engineering
  • Ability to represent the company internally and externally
  • Intercultural competence
  • Fluent spoken and written Business English
  • Willingness to travel abroad for temporary assignments

Advantage can be

  • Knowledge of airline operational business process
  • Sirax and / or revenue accounting knowledge, in particular airline revenue accounting knowledge
  • Experience in IT operation
  • ITIL Certification
  • German and Japanese language knowledge
