• Provide assistance via telephone, e-mail, chat and social media regarding Microsoft Surface
• Work with the whole portfolio of Surface devices, dealing with various technical issues, both in terms of hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot & provide resolutions on technical problems, using the correct tools, training and published materials
• Manage concurrent issues for different clients requiring your attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

Requirements

• Fluency in German, French, Italian, Spanish or Dutch and English.
• Interest in IT trends, new technology & a career in Tech!
• Understanding of PCs and operating systems relevant to Microsoft products advantageous.
