Roles:

• Working with multinational FMCG, you will be responsible for monitoring content and ensuring that it complies with the internal company policies and standards
• Review and analyse the content submitted by users based on the company’s content standards
• Investigate and escalate sensitive content according to the defined parameters
• Answer customers’ queries efficiently and with empathy to ensure a positive experience

Requirements:

• Fluency in German, French, Italian, Spanish or Dutch and English
• Excellent verbal, written & problem resolution skills
• Previous experience as a Content Moderator will be considered as an advantage
