TA Operations Representative is responsible for day-to-day Transaction Processing and reporting operations in assigned team.

Ensure all transaction processing and reporting functions are completed in accordance with productivity and quality standards set by the GSS Operations CAN. Producing and submitting accurate and timely operational reports and other data as required.

Currently we are working remotely (you will have opportunity to work from home permanently)

Working with us, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring all transaction processing and reporting functions are carried out in accordance with applicable GSS Operations CAN policies, procedures & governing regulations.
• Ensuring all transaction processing and reporting functions are completed in accordance with productivity and quality standards set by the GSS Operations CAN.
• Producing and submitting accurate and timely operational reports and other data as required.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have a University Degree or equivalent.
• Are proficient in the use of MS Office products.
• Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a team in a global/international environment.
• Demonstrate very good command of the English language both written and spoken.
• Well-developed French language skills are a plus.
• Possess strong attention to details, self-reliance and self-discipline at work.
• Can follow instructions and adhere to schedules.
• Are ready to work from 1.00 to 10.00 p.m.
