We are currently looking to recruit a FP&A Financial Analyst to join our EMEA FP&A team. Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for being a strategic financial partner, leading collaborative cross-functional effort to drive financial planning and analysis that supports our key business decisions.

Based in our office in Dublin, Ireland and reporting to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Analyses business trends
• Leads and aligns financial forecasts and long-range planning processes with our business leaders.
• Drives business value by providing financial and analytical counsel to facilitate decision-marking around strategic business initiatives.
• Prepares monthly financial reporting analysis and being able to clearly communicate a cohesive and business driver behind financial data and potential implications on future results.
• Collaborate to annual budget processes, incorporating business initiatives, economic trends and operational effectiveness.
• Performs customer and product profitability analysis and support strategic pricing
• Identifies and executes upon process improvement opportunities.
• Business partner with U.S. segment consolidations teams to ensure international regional data is accurately being represented
• Business partner with all regional finance teams to understand drivers for actual, forecast and budget

Qualifications & experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related discipline, CIMA qualification an advantage
• Languages: fluency in English is a must; Italian or Spanish language is bonus.
• 2-3 years’ experience in related field
• Financial Analysis, Operating with Discipline: actual variance analysis P&L, reporting, forecast and budgeting, financial modelling, pricing and profitability
• Leadership skills: identifying opportunities and making them happen, guiding through decision making
• Compliance: processes safeguard and improvement, compliance/stewardship
• Ability to thrive in a fast moving and fast changing environment
• Analytical with a keen eye for process improvement
• Excellent communication: multiple stakeholder management
• Investigative, curious personality, “can do” attitude
• Advanced level of MS Excel
• Other systems used: SAP
