We are seeking an applicant who is fluent in multiple languages to join our Technical Services team providing excellent technical support to customers across our full range of mobile and computer apps.
Multi-language skills in Romanian, Polish, German, Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese, or other languages are advantageous.
With the highest level of customer care, you will assist customers with their technical queries on our systems and processes. Our ideal candidates will have;
- Fluent bilingual language skills including written, as well as a good grasp of English. Other languages are also an advantage;
- Excellent people skills via chat tools, email and over the phone;
- A thorough and methodical approach to problem solving;
- The ability to follow procedures;
- Previous experience within a service helpdesk environment and use of a ticketing system is an advantage.
There may be a requirement for some weekend and evening work, and this will be discussed in more detail during the recruitment process.
