  • Work closely with Legal Policy team members in San Francisco, Ireland, and Singapore to prioritize requests appropriately
  • Serve on an on-call rotation, working closely with other members of Trust & Safety to provide timely responses to emergency requests from all over the world

You Have:

  • Experience drafting policy documentation and tracking legal requests
  • Experience in acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and building strong cross-functional relationships
  • Experience in supporting operational tasks such as (but not limited to) queue and workflow management, process efficiency, and handling sensitive escalations
  • Excellent judgment and strategic thinking skills
  • Passion and enthusiasm for protecting user safety, privacy and freedom of expression
  • Patience, determination, flexibility, and grit

You are:

  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • A critical thinker and doer who can organize tasks and work under time pressure to provide insights, propose solutions, and help implement them
  • Able to communicate clear, objective, and patient explanations of team policies and protocols
  • A strong team player
  • Able to quickly translate feedback into action

You can:

  • Maintain open, thorough, and regular communication with your team and more senior stakeholders
  • Prioritize and organize requests and escalations
  • Successfully partake in project work through to completion
  • Streamline and maintain paths of communication involving stakeholders, such as vendor teams, to ensure global consistency and alignment
  • Deliver quality results within or ahead of deadlines and internal SLAs
  • Provide clear, helpful, and complete responses to time-sensitive requests and escalation

Requirements:

  • Experience with high-volume request intake and processing / other operational experience
  • Multilingual; complete fluency in English, German, French and/or Spanish. Other language skills are desirable
  • Comfort with electronic communications
  • Availability to work on weekends. (Standard schedule = Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday - Thursday)

Preferences:

  • 1-3 years experience at a tech company in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience
  • Experience with legal requests and/or content regulation in EMEA is preferred
