We are currently looking for fluent in German Accounts Payable Accountant to join our EMEA Shared Services center Accounting team.

Main Activities and Key Tasks:

• Verify accuracy and post suppliers’ invoices using the appropriate cost centers and projects;
• Reconcile suppliers’ accounts, research and resolve discrepancies or payment issues with suppliers;
• Ensure that VAT, withholding taxes and non-deductible expenses are booked correctly;
• Performs payments in line with Sitel approval policy and payment schedule;
• Purchase Order processing;

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field;
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting is preferable;
• Very good conversational and written knowledge in German; intermediate knowledge of English
• Attention to details and accuracy, self-motivated and organized;
• Ability to assess, recommend and implement process improvements;
• Team player and deadline oriented;
• Previous experience with shared service centers is an advantage.
