- You will be responsible for improving the performance of our existing agent network across the Nordic region.
- We’ll look to you to perform welcome and performance calls to improve the performance of our agents and review their operational limits to optimize the balance between risk and transaction volume.
- You will monitor agent locations for performance and activity, identifying those that are inactive.
- You will also monitor risk, prevent future risks and carry out reviews of productivity reports to track and identify any issues in account performance or behaviour changes.
- You will also identify opportunities to drive the business and assist in all agent administration.
- We’ll need you to have some experience working with customers preferably in a sales or customer service environment, as well as having an outgoing and driven personality.
- You must enjoy making outbound calls and interacting with different types of customers, and have a strong inner drive to constantly exceed targets within a dynamic team.
- Language fluency in either Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Icelandic is a requirement for this role.
