Job Description:

• · In depth Office 365 Administration experience.
• · Experience of troubleshooting various issues of office 365.
• · Experience Practical experience in troubleshooting exchange scenarios.
• · Good knowledge of office reporting tools and message tracking. .
• · Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• · Technical documentation skills.
• · Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• · Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
