About The Role
Corporate Sales Development Representatives are responsible for generating customer base qualified leads and opportunities across our Nordic region. As well as proactively build relationships with prospective customers and with internal stakeholders. This role will give you excellent exposure working with other departments within Workday such as Sales, Marketing, Operations and other departments when required, to kick-start your career.
You can become a qualified sales development professional or, in the space of a couple of years, start considering a move into other departments including but not limited to: Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Operations, Professional Services, and more…
You will be supported and surrounded by the best and brightest people in the industry to help you kickstart your sales career. You will have intensive training.

About You
Basic Qualifications
- Fluent in English & any Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, French or Dutch language
- Highly motivated, tenacious, self-starter
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
- Experience in inbound and outbound lead generation using a consultative approach
- Experience working in a target-based environmentÂ
Other Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated, tenacious, self-starter

- Strong interest in launching a career in sales including: prospecting, inside sales, business development, high technology exposure, marketing, and direct sales.
- Keen communication skills
- Passion for sales
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus

- Ability to speak to a varied range of people and decision makers at different levels of the business
