At Accenture Operations we provide business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.

THE WORK:

• Proactively collect overdue balances by communicating with customers via phone and email.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. Credit, Cash Ops, Billing, Sales) to ensure efficient processes.
• Perform complex accounts reconciliation and timely case processing.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries, master data setup, and overall collections with deep understanding of our processes.
• Embrace challenges as opportunities with a dedication to ongoing improvements.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances. After the onsite training (3 months) we offer a possibility of working in a hybrid model from the office located in Cracow.

With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
