Your Role and Responsibilities
The Digital CPE (Digital Client Partner Executive) will manage assigned Base Growth & Managed Services contracts providing Governance, Delivery & Growth while both identifying and owning opportunities.
The Role Responsibilities
- Ultimate responsibility for the Customer Contract including Pricing, Governance & Contract Health
- Understand and identify new customer requirements in order to grow the account, including an opportunity identification role
- Set strategic business direction and work with the client steering committee for forecasting
- Provide business direction to the DPE (Delivery Partner Executive) and act as advocate to the client for service delivery
- To be responsible for managing GTS Revenue Profit and Loss in the assigned customer group
- Constantly grow the Digital Footprint within the portfolio management client base
- Manage client expectations, satisfaction and loyalty, documented by CERS, Set Met & NPS Surveys; manage the client relationship and coverage plan
- Coordinate IS delivery of the program across IBM LoB’s
- Form the first point of escalation for the end client (when related to infrastructure services)
- Manage project delivery across IBM CMS teams
- Engage and Contribute to client contract renewal negotiations
- Function as a multi LoB integration point (when related to infrastructure services projects)
- Manage PE / PM / Service Delivery communication during project phase
Language requirements:
- English language - advanced level
- French language - advanced level

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- A very strong proven leadership, commercial and relationship management skill
- An excellent level of proven communication, negotiation, teaming and self motivation
- A good technical understanding in Managed Infrastructure and Cloud offerings and services
- Successful track record of managing account(s) relationships, growing revenue and profit and expanding client relationships
- Communication skills (all types including client presentation and digital engagement)
- Strategic and innovative thinking
- Business case development and value quantification
