Introduction

As a Lease Analyst you’ll be a trusted business advisor. Your Role and Responsibilities

• Receive Leases/ Legal Documents – comprehend, analyze, and accurately interpret various types of lease documents
• Perform Lease Abstraction – managing data, abstracting leases and/or interpreting lease language
• Support queries / cases
• Perform Analytics
• Support Audits within Real Estate area
• Load data into Lease Management System
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

· Experience of working in a BPO/Shared Services environment with exposure to Global Clients

· Ability to comprehend, analyze, and accurately interpret various types of documents preferably lease documents

· Fluency in both German and English, ability to translate into English, perfect written, grammatical skills

· Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite and general knowledge of accounting principles

· Strong Analytical ability and ability to review and abstract large lease/legal documents and data

· Strong attention to detail

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

· Strongly preferred experience in Lease Management Services, Real estate services with experience and knowledge of Lease abstraction.

· Experience of scrutinizing Legal documents relating to Property leases and perform abstraction

· Knowledge of Retail Leases and working knowledge of commercial lease agreements preferred

· Ability to understand rent, common area maintenance (CAM), real estate and insurance calculations including pro-rata share calculations, pro-rated rent and CAM calculations and CAM cap calculations is a strong asset
