Your responsibilities: 

• Resolve queries related to HR Support
• Act as a first point of contact for thyseenkrupp group employees all over the world
• Support predefined HR processes (e.g. Org. Management, MasterData)
• Act as 1st and 2nd LS for Mass Uploads process
• Maintain work instructions & FAQs, knowledge database
• Actively participate in trainings
• Support process optimization

Your profile:

• Min. 1 year of experience in customer service
• Fluency in German B2/C1
• Fluency in English B1/B2
• University degree
• Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
• High quality standards of own work
• High customer service and team work skills
• Professional communication at all levels
• Ability to work under time pressure
