• Job Description:

  The role of Inside Sales Specialist with German will be part of Arrow Education Services division, responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads. The main purpose is to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including existing database, inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research.

  WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Qualify and respond to inbound lead inquiries
• Pass qualified leads to relevant sales team member
• Handle lead follow-up and qualification of customers
• Outbound dialing to qualify contact information and set follow-up communication
• Quotation/Order making and processing
• Gather intelligence through over-the-phone outreach
• Respond to and assist with requests to the Support Team

  It would be nice if you also have:

• IT Sales/Customer Service Experience
• Interest in new technologies
•  
• Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions
• Languages: Fluent German (at least C1) and good English (at least B2 / C1 level)
• Developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience
• Demonstrated ability to influence and to interact at multiple levels of an organization
• Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
