Manager Assistant with German

Location: Warsaw

The role is to provide administrative support in German and English to several Leaders in a designated support capacity, and where necessary, additional administrative support to their teams. The Manager Assistant will work remotely for the people he/she supports and therefore, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to forge strong and successful working relationships without face-to-face interaction are essential.
Extensive calendar and travel management in Outlook
Assisting supported leaders with their non-consulting internal assignments
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key client contacts
Providing logistical and technical support for all meetings, conferences and workshops, using PowerPoint, Word, Excel and online research
Processing time and expense submissions
Someone with previous experience in supporting management, office, department, etc.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes
Proficient English and German is essential
Exceptional organisation, prioritization and time management skills
Ability to successfully balance the support requirements of multiple leaders
Someone with a "can-do attitude"
