Your playing field

  • You are the first point of contact (m / f / d) for our customers and communicate with them via email and live chat 
  • You are always informed about our promotions and offers
  • We promote continuous training and offer regular training to learn and refresh specialist knowledge, market trends and best practices 
  • We are #oneteam - you work closely and cross-functionally with other teams such as Responsible Gaming, AML, Payments and Marketing 
  • You support our team with new ideas and suggestions for improvement to make Tipico even better

Qualifications

  • Fluency in German . As the # 1 sports betting provider in the German-speaking market, this is a prerequisite for communicating with our German-speaking customers. 
  • Good knowledge of English . Our team is made up of more than 30 different nationalities working together to achieve Tipico's mission. English is also the official language of your new home, Malta. 
  • Customer-oriented . You will enjoy contacting customers and solving their problems. 
  • Tech savvy . You can deal with the common MS Office programs and quickly learn to use new systems, such as our self-developed backend system (Ebet) and Salesforce.  
  • Multitasking. You get along very well in a dynamic work environment and are able to process 3 chats at the same time. 
  • Flexible. You are ready to work shifts between 8 a.m. and midnight. You can decide whether you want to work 10 hours on 4 days or 8 hours on 5 days a week. 

Nice to have: 

  • Experience in iGaming or sports betting is beneficial, but not a requirement.
