Your responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service support in Finnish OR Danish OR Norwegian for ASUS, global IT brand and our new client;
• Proactively respond to client inquiries on a daily basis (inbound calls);
• Building a good relationship with the customer.

Our requirements

• Fluent Finnish (C1) OR Danish (C1) OR Norwegian (C1)
• Good command of the English language (B1);
• Ability to effectively prioritize and resolve client needs;
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;
