Tasks & responsibilities

• In your new role, you are responsible for the collection, creation and maintenance of supply chain master data in various global databases, mainly in BIX@.
• You are responsible for the coordination and extraction of complex material data flows in the BI Export System for the complete BI network (Human Pharma, Animal Health, Biopharma and Middle East Africa (MEA)).
• Keeping a close watch on all internal and external guidelines, you secure a frictionless planning process for all supply chains including the export of BI Products. 
• You coordinate the data entry process as well as its maintenance and monitor the data quality of master data in order to initiate actions of improvement if necessary.
• Your tasks include the delivery of service against other global systems including problem solving regarding all different requests.
• Furthermore, you take over the general correspondence and communication with Corporate functions and business/operative units.
• Finally, you organize and perform trainings on business processes and computerized systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics with supply chain and logistic background, few years of experience in supply chain of master data related areas
• Broad knowledge of global logistical chains that change continuously
• Excellent understanding of the product portfolio and the translation into data
• Experience with SAP systems and system maintenance (system testing, demand management and requirement specification)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills regarding data analysis within the systems and the ability to actively solve data quality issues
• Team player with pronounced communication skills working in a cross functional / international environment
• Fluent communication skills in English
