Main responsibilities:

• Provides administrative and transactional support on a broad range of HR matters;
• Processes HR transactions, records statistics and handles highly confidential material;
• Supports HR administrative processes, including preparing/issuing of documents;
• Manages and actions service requests for HR support;
• Compiles data for analysis and reporting, performs routine analyses and creates standard as well as customized reports;
• May validate payroll processes and work with vendor billing and reconciling same with Finance/Accounting;
• Contributes to building a knowledge base for frequently asked HR questions;

Role requirements:

• Fluent Turkish language and good level of English
• University degree;
• Previous experience in same or similar position would be considered an advantage;
• Proficiency in using MS Office;
• Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy
• Can-do attitude;
