Customer Operations Representative with German
currently we have both part (20 hours per week) and full time vacancies available

 As Customer Operations Representative you will:

• Effectively manage incoming telephone calls and customer queries via email
• Provide customers with product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our they might face in an accurate and efficient manner
• Assist with customer orders, refunds and exchanges
• Identify and assess each customer’s needs while ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction
• Work closely and effectively with other team members and business partners

If you see yourself as an ideal candidate, you must have::

• Fluent English (both spoken and written to at least B2 level)
• Fluent German (both spoken and written to at least B2 level or native)
• Have strong telephone handling skills and have excellent active listening skills
• Have a ‘Can do’ attitude
• Are an excellent communicator

Although not essential, it would be advantageous if:

• You have previous customer service experience
• Have previously worked in a contact centre or shared service environment
